If you’re unsatisfied with products purchased, the Client can return the items.
The Customer has to send a communication within 10 working days from the receipt of the order.
The communication must be sent by email to the customer service.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Any order may be subject to customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Our Customer Service representatives determine eligibility for refunds and exchanges once customers have contacted us and explained their reason for return. Returning packages without prior approval from Customer Service will halt or delay your return.
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging. Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error or allergic reaction from use must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received.
Our products must be returned within 30 days of the date you receive the items.
You’re eligible for a return or exchange if:
we shipped you the wrong item;
we shipped you an item in the wrong color;
we shipped you a defective item.
If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase: You may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on your situation.
The Customer has to follow this procedure:
– The Customer has to send an email to the customer service.
– The Customer has to receive the confirmation from the customer service.
– After the approval form the customer service, the Customer can return the order, according to the illustrated method.
The product must be return within 30 working days from the receipt of the goods.
The seller will reimburse the customer within 30 days from the receipt of the goods by Paypal. The Customer has to promptly provide the bank details in order to obtain the reimbursement.
When the right of withdrawal expires
The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and / or its contents), in the cases in which it ascertains:
even partial use of the goods and any consumables;
the lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging;
damage to the product for any reason;
the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, parts, etc.);
in the cases indicated above, he will return the purchased good to the sender, charging him the shipping costs;
Customers who purchase with VAT number can not exercise the right of withdrawal.
If the Customer is absent at the first attempt, the courier will make a second delivery attempt. If the Customer is absent again, the package will be delivered to the shipper and the purchaser should return to take over the new expenses arising from such incident.
For any problems concerning items already delivered (non-compliant or damaged product, missing material, etc.), please contact us immediately.
